A bit of a crazy day. I sent out an email this morning at 6:13 am to 207 people which is everyone in my system. Those that have entered their information correctly and opted in to emails *should have received my email this morning. I don't know what happened, and it's frustrating for everyone. I've taken some additional steps today to think of ways to make sure this never happens again and will need your help.

So, an email, social media posts, and an update on that surfacevbc.com page should cover us. They will be done for sure by 7 am each program day If we have a cancellation. Now, if you go checking around and there is nothing there...guess what...that means we HAVE programming. I'm not going to update everything every day if we do or do not (Yoda) only if we have a CHANGE!
Okay, moving on. We may have a weather cancellation tomorrow. It appears to look more wet tomorrow than it did today. Please check the 10 billion ways to know about the cancellation tomorrow around 7 am or before to have the answers.
Here's how we handle the cancellations due to weather OR schedule changes because of other factors.
1. IF there are open spots in a beach camp, or an In House tournament in our same season, I need you to register for that NEW program you are "exchanging" for the cancelled or rescheduled date. This keeps the numbers correct and the messaging dialed in. WHEN you register for the new date, please list the reason for your "exchange registration."
For Example: exchanging for rain date on 6/1, or exchanging for schedule change from 6/22.
THEN I will refund your NEW registration. Hope that makes sense and you can find dates to "exchange" for. Many Tuesday In House Tournaments are open, it's harder to get in it appears on Wednesdays.
If you are still experiencing issues with apparel orders, I'm sorry for that too. Haven't had an issue like this before from the Shopify store. Each situation is a bit different so there isn't a one come all solution. Please email me and we will figure it out.
