Terms and Conditions

There are NO refunds for weather, sickness, injury, dentist appointments etc for you or your partner.
Players assume the risk of injury and do not hold Surface VBC its staff or Drkula's liable for any injury while on its premises.
Weather cancellations are made 1 hour before a scheduled practice via social media and email. Weather issues remain our biggget issue with our program. Players may attend remaining weeks if available in the season or receive a credit towards the following summer for weather cancellations only. This is an outdoor activity and accepting weather issues is a part of the deal.
Emergency contacts should be updated and available. Players should be able to reach their emergency contacts.
Surface VBC staff reserve the right to use images and/or videos of its players in marketing campaigns. Only the first name of a participant will be used.
Be on time, leave on time
Respect must be shown to participants and staff at all times.
The Golden Rule Applies...treat others the way you'd want to be treated.
Leave Drkula's better than you found it. Clean up after yourselves.
Come prepared to work hard and learn. Do your best at all times. Bring the things you need for practice every time.
Uniforms are required and must be worn to each practice.
Online JVA waivers must be completed upon registration and prior to any participation.
